All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges are not included in the artwork price listed on the website. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated depending on the rates offered by the shipping partners, and our team will reach out to you with the rates and payment options. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Terrain.art does not ship to P.O. box addresses. The customer or a designated representative needs to be available at the shipping address to receive the order.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We ship to and from International addresses depending on the availability of shipping partners in the region. Please contact us at [email protected] if uncertain about availability. Your order may be cancelled post payment if shipping cannot be arranged, in which case a refund will be processed as per the returns policy. Shipping charges and any customs duties or taxes applicable are not included in the artwork price listed on the website.
